Industry information
Titanium screw production process!

Material preparation: Select high-quality titanium alloy materials and mix them in proportion. These materials must undergo special treatments such as cleaning, drying, and dust removal to ensure that no impurities appear during the production process.

Wire making: Put titanium alloy material into a wire making machine and stretch it into fine threads through a high-speed rotating metal drill bit.

Cold drawing: The titanium wire obtained from wire production is cold drawn to further reduce the diameter and improve the strength and hardness of the material.

Cutting: Cut the titanium wire obtained by cold drawing according to the specified length.

Forming: Put the cut titanium wire into the forming machine and make screws of different shapes as needed.

Heat treatment: Heat treat the formed titanium screws to further enhance their strength and hardness, and improve their corrosion resistance.

Surface treatment: Apply surface treatment to titanium screws to increase their wear resistance and aesthetics. Common surface treatment methods include anodizing, electroplating, and spraying.

Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of titanium screws, including visual inspection, dimensional testing, material composition analysis, etc., to ensure that their quality meets standard requirements.

Packaging: The inspected and qualified titanium screws will be packaged according to the specified packaging standards, and relevant information such as product model, specifications, batch number, etc. will be indicated.
